Step by step

How a first visit to Hevadent goes

  1. You ask for an appointment

    Fill in the booking form with your name and phone number, or call us on 0374 003 220 or 0762 622 208. Tell us briefly why you are coming, when you could get here and, if you have a preference, which dentist you would like to see.

  2. At reception

    Private patient car park, entered from Strada Victoriei, opposite Lidl. For your first visit, please arrive a few minutes early to fill in the digital patient record, with your contact details, information about your general health, conditions, allergies and the medicines you take.

  3. The consultation

    If you have a recent panoramic x-ray, you can bring it with you. If not, one can be taken in our dental radiology laboratory. The dentist assesses your oral health from the clinical examination and the x-ray findings.

  4. The treatment plan

    You are shown the treatment options, the stages needed and the order they come in. Together you choose the right solution and agree the treatment plan. The clinic's prices are published on this site, and you can ask for an estimate before treatment starts.

What a first visit costs

An initial consultation costs 100 lei, and a consultation with a specialist 150 lei. X-rays are paid for separately, according to the clinic's price list.

Frequently asked questions

Can I come without an appointment?
To avoid a wasted journey and time spent waiting, please phone us before coming to the clinic, even with a dental emergency. The reception staff will tell you when you can be seen, depending on the dentists' availability. You can call us on 0374 003 220 or 0762 622 208.
Will I need an x-ray at my first visit?
A panoramic x-ray gives the dentist an overview of the current state of your teeth and bone structures, helping to identify problems that cannot be seen in the clinical examination and to draw up the treatment plan. If you have a recent panoramic x-ray, you can bring it with you. Otherwise, one can be taken in our dental radiology laboratory.
How do I choose a dentist for the consultation?
If you have a preference, you can ask to book with the dentist you want. If you do not know whom to see, the reception team can guide you according to the reason for your visit. On the team page you can find out more about each dentist's training and areas of work.
Can I bring x-rays taken elsewhere?
Yes, you can bring dental x-rays taken at another clinic, if they are recent and you have not had other dental treatment since. The dentist will review them and decide whether they are enough to assess your current situation or whether further investigations are needed.
Where can I park?
Hevadent has a private car park for patients, entered from Strada Victoriei, opposite Lidl. The clinic is at Strada Victoriei nr. 170, Târgu Jiu.
